COVID 19 Declaration
As all stallholders are PCBU's (person conducting a business or undertaking ) each stallholder is responsible for their own business practices, COVID Safety Plans and managing customers at their stalls. As required by Australian and New Zealand governments and in line with World Health Organisation guidance, the following trading restrictions apply to stallholders and staff who have been:
A. Instructed to self-isolate by a government health authority.
B. In close contact with someone diagnosed with COVID-19 within the last 14 days.
C. Experiencing any cold or flu like symptoms.
If you or your staff have experienced of any of the above, you should not be trading.
If you are experiencing cold or flu-like symptoms, please stay home and speak to your health provider about being tested.
You will also need to inform Blak Markets who may request certification before returning to the markets Additional information is available on the World Health Organisation (WHO) website.
By accepting this declaration you agree that you:
Have a COVID Safe Plan for your stall
Have not been instructed to self-isolate by a government health authority.
Have not been in close contact with someone diagnosed with COVID-19 within the last 14 days.
Are not experiencing any cold or flu like symptoms.
Will adhere to the hygiene requirements and have alcohol based hand sanitiser present on your stall for public use.
Will Adhere to physical distancing requirements of 1.5m
Will have a cashless payment option
